I am Rossana Pazzaglia, a native speaker teacher of Italian L2/LS, I have a Master's Degree in Modern Literature (University of Bologna), a CEDILS certification (Certification in Teaching Italian to Foreigners - Ca' Foscari University of Venice) and a post-graduate Master's degree in Digital Technologies and Distance Teaching Methodologies (E-Campus University)

I am an education and communication professional with a solid and diversified experience, ready to support you in achieving your learning goals.

My passion for teaching and transmitting knowledge has led me to cover various roles, each of which has enriched my methodological approach and my ability to adapt to individual needs.

I began my journey in journalism working as an editor for a daily newspaper. This experience gave me valuable skills in clarity of exposition, in-depth research, and the ability to synthesize complex concepts, all essential qualities that I bring to my classes.

Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work as a substitute teacher in secondary schools in the Canton of Ticino,

dealing with group dynamics and the different needs of students on a daily basis. This role has allowed me to refine my teaching strategies and develop an empathetic and inclusive approach.

I have been offering private lessons as a tutor for years, following students of all ages, levels and subjects. My methodology is based on active listening, personalizing the study path and creating a calm and stimulating learning environment. Whether you need to fill gaps, delve into specific topics or prepare for an exam, I will be by your side to build an effective path.

Furthermore, my experience as an Italian teacher to foreigners has allowed me to develop a deep sensitivity towards different cultures and learning styles. I have learned to simplify linguistic rules and make learning Italian accessible and fun for anyone who wants to get closer to our language and culture.
